Angela Husmann, affectionately nicknamed “Diva” by her mom, has always had a passion for music, baking, and creating moments of joy through food with friends and family. In 1997, she took that passion from her parents’ kitchen in Winnipeg and turned it into something bigger—starting what would become Diva Delights, a small business supplying local coffee shops with soft, chewy cookies that reminded everyone of homemade treats.

Angela’s vision was simple but powerful: cookies should taste homemade. Using real, non-GMO ingredients and no preservatives, she wanted every bite to capture the warmth and nostalgia of her mom’s kitchen. Her dedication to quality and flavour set the foundation for a brand that would delight generations of crisps and cookie lovers.

Over time, Angela’s journey took on a new dimension. She became determined to create treats that could be enjoyed with balance—snacks that combined great taste with mindful ingredients. This goal has led her to develop healthier options, including crackers and crisps, and to continue innovating with what she calls “Better-For-You Solutions.” Through these creations, she hopes to bring the same care, flavor, and love to every crisp and cookie she shares with friends, family, and customers alike.
